Flight Follow
Position requires person with strong time management skills, strong multitasker, telephone etiquette, moderate to high level of computer skills and understanding, ability to work extended shifts and weekends. Flight Follower assist the Flight Coordinator by calling local village agents for daily traffic, weather updates and runway conditions. Keeps track of Flight Logs and communicates to Village Agents aircraft departure and times. 1 Week on 1 week off position.
Flight Coordinator
Position requires person with strong time management skills, strong multitasker, telephone etiquette, moderate to high level of computer skills and understanding, ability to work extended shifts and weekends. Flight Coordinator is responsible for flight manifests for passenger and cargo travel. Coordinates Aircraft loads while working with Operation Control to clear flights safe for travel. Flight Coordinator in addition is responsible for the Flight Follow duties.
Customer Service Agent
The Customer Service Agent (CSA) performs all aspects of airport and passenger service functions, including making reservations and preparing and issuing tickets and itineraries. Additionally, the CSA prepares, completes, and checks various flight forms for accuracy, invalidates tickets and completes post-departure procedures. The CSA also plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment. Telephone etiquette is required.
Ramper
Rampers are responsible for loading and unloading aircraft baggage, US Postal Mail, Bypass Mail and Freight in a efficient and safe manner. Passenger escort to and from aircraft as needed. Must be able to pass a DOT background check. Drivers license preferred but not required. Rampers have fast-paced careers and should be comfortable working in any weather, including rain, snow and heat.
