Customer Service Agent — Multiple Locations
Position Summary
Customer Service Agents are the face of Yute, providing friendly, professional service to passengers at each of our locations. As the first point of contact, you play a vital role in creating a positive travel experience while ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate passenger service. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily flight operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet and assist passengers with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Make passenger reservations and prepare, issue, and modify tickets and travel itineraries.
• Check passengers in for flights, and process baggage.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information regarding reservations, schedules, fares, baggage, and company policies.
• Keep passengers informed of flight status changes, delays, cancellations, and other operational updates.
• Prepare, complete, and verify required flight paperwork and operational forms for accuracy.
• Process ticket cancellations and complete all required post-departure documentation.
• Coordinate with flight crews, operations personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth passenger service.
• Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential customer information.
• Assist with other duties necessary to support daily airline operations.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred; airline or travel industry experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn airline reservation systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and irregular hours as required by flight operations.

• $19-$22 / hour depending on experience and location
