Here's How We Actually Run Things
There’s no magic to it. Just a process we follow every time, for every flight.
We Check Everything
It's Never One Person's Call
We Track and Learn
A cancelled flight is frustrating — but it means the system worked. We’d rather have you annoyed at the terminal than in the air when you shouldn’t be. Every time.
Weather Is the Big One
You live here. You know how fast things change. Fog rolls in, crosswinds pick up, visibility drops. When that happens, we wait. If we can't wait it out, we cancel. It's that simple.
Mechanical Issues
If something doesn't check out on the aircraft, we don't fly it. Doesn't matter if it's a small thing. We fix it first. That might mean a delay. Sometimes it means a cancellation. But it always means the next flight goes out right.
Runway Conditions
Some of our strips are gravel. Some are short. When conditions make a landing questionable, we don't attempt it. Our pilots have the final say, and we back them up every time.
What Happens Next
When a flight cancels, we rebook you on the next available. Talk to your station manager — they’ll take care of you. If you’re stuck, we’ll work with you to figure it out. That’s what we’re here for.
