Job Opening

Station Agent — Multiple Locations

We’re looking for reliable people to staff our village stations. If you know the community and take pride in doing a job right, we want to hear from you.

What the Job Is

Station agents are the face of Yute in the villages. You check passengers in, handle freight, communicate with dispatch, and keep things running at the terminal. It’s not glamorous work, but it matters. You’re the person travelers see first and last — and out here, that relationship means a lot.

• Weigh, tag, and load freight and baggage

• Communicate with dispatch and pilots via radio
• Monitor weather conditions and relay updates
• Keep the terminal area clean and safe
• Handle rebookings and answer passenger questions
• Report any safety concerns immediately

What We Need

• Reliable and punctual — flights don’t wait
• Good with people — you’re the first face passengers see
• Comfortable with radio communication
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Alaska driver’s license preferred

What We Offer

• $18–$22/hour depending on experience and location
• Flight benefits for you and your immediate family
• Training provided — we’ll teach you our systems
• Health insurance after 90 days
• A team that actually has your back
